ข้อตกลงนี้เป็นกติกาการใช้เกม WORD RUN ที่ word-run.com (เรียกว่า "เกม") ซึ่งดูแลโดย WORD RUN (เรียกว่า "เรา") เมื่อกด "รับทราบและตกลง" ในเกม คุณตกลงตามข้อตกลงนี้ และรับทราบ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. ใครใช้เกมได้

• ทุกคนเล่นได้ เกมนี้ทำมาให้เด็กตั้งแต่ ป.1 จนถึงผู้ใหญ่
• ผู้เล่นอายุไม่เกิน 10 ปี: ผู้ปกครองต้องเป็นผู้อ่านข้อตกลงนี้และกดยอมรับแทน
• ผู้เล่นอายุเกิน 10 ปีแต่ยังไม่ถึง 20 ปี: ขอให้ผู้ปกครองหรือครูอ่านข้อตกลงนี้ร่วมกับเด็ก และช่วยดูแลการเล่น
• ครูหรือโรงเรียนที่ให้นักเรียนเล่นในห้องเรียน ควรแจ้งผู้ปกครองตามแนวทางของโรงเรียน

2. เกมนี้คืออะไร

• WORD RUN เป็นเกมฝึกพิมพ์ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษบนเว็บ เล่นได้ฟรี ไม่มีโฆษณา และไม่มีการซื้อด้วยเงินจริง
• เกมยังพัฒนาอยู่ เราอาจเพิ่ม ปรับ หรือเลิกบางส่วน เช่น ด่าน กติกา ราคาตู้สุ่ม หรืออีเวนต์ เพื่อให้เกมดีขึ้น
• อีเวนต์เปิดตามช่วงเวลาและปิดเมื่อหมดช่วง ตอนที่มีคนเล่นออนไลน์พร้อมกันมาก ผู้เล่นใหม่อาจต้องรอคิว

3. บัญชี

• ไม่จำเป็นต้องสมัครบัญชี ถ้าไม่สมัคร ความคืบหน้าอยู่ในเครื่องที่เล่นเท่านั้น และเรากู้คืนให้ไม่ได้ถ้าข้อมูลในเครื่องหาย
• ผู้เล่นอายุไม่เกิน 10 ปีสมัครบัญชีได้เมื่อผู้ปกครองให้ข้อมูลและกดยินยอมในเกม
• ดูแลรหัสผ่านและรหัสกู้คืนของตนเอง ไม่บอกต่อ และไม่ใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่น
• ห้ามตั้งชื่อผู้ใช้หรือชื่อเล่นที่หยาบคาย แอบอ้างเป็นคนอื่น หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัว เราอาจเปลี่ยนหรือซ่อนชื่อที่ไม่เหมาะสม
• ลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อในเกม (ตั้งค่า > บัญชี)

4. เล่นกับเพื่อน แชต และเนื้อหาที่ผู้เล่นใส่เอง

เกมนี้มีเด็กเล่นด้วย ทุกคนต้องช่วยกันทำให้ปลอดภัยและสนุก

• สุภาพกับทุกคน ไม่ด่า ไม่ล้อเลียน ไม่กลั่นแกล้ง ไม่ข่มขู่
• ไม่ขอหรือบอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น ชื่อจริง ที่อยู่ โรงเรียน เบอร์โทร บัญชีโซเชียล หรือรูปภาพ
• ไม่ชวนไปคุยหรือพบกันนอกเกม ไม่โฆษณา ไม่ส่งลิงก์ ไม่ส่งข้อความซ้ำ ๆ
• ไม่เชิญคนเดิมซ้ำ ๆ ถ้าเขาปฏิเสธ ให้เคารพการตัดสินใจนั้น
• ระบบกรองคำหยาบอัตโนมัติ แต่อาจกรองไม่ได้ทุกคำ ถ้าเจอคนพูดไม่ดี ให้กดแจ้งในเกม ปิดเสียงคนนั้น หรือออกจากห้อง แล้วบอกผู้ปกครองหรือครู
• สิ่งที่คุณใส่เข้าเกม (ชื่อเล่น แชต ข้อความสอบ ชื่อคำท้า) ยังเป็นของคุณ คุณอนุญาตให้เราเก็บและแสดงเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเกม และรับรองว่ามีสิทธิ์ใช้สิ่งนั้น เราอาจลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดข้อตกลงนี้

5. เล่นอย่างยุติธรรม

• ห้ามโกง เช่น วางข้อความ ใช้โปรแกรมหรืออุปกรณ์พิมพ์อัตโนมัติ พิมพ์ด้วยเสียง กดคำแนะนำของแป้นพิมพ์โทรศัพท์ แก้ไฟล์บันทึกเกม หรือส่งผลปลอมไปที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์
• เมื่อระบบตรวจพบครั้งแรก เกมจะเตือน และรอบนั้นไม่นับคะแนน เหรียญ หรือกระดานคะแนน
• ครั้งที่สอง เครื่องนั้นเล่นไม่ได้ 1 วัน และบัญชีจะมีบันทึกการโกง ระหว่างนั้นบัญชีไม่ได้สะสมคะแนนหรือเหรียญ จนกว่าทีมงานตรวจและล้างบันทึก
• ถ้าคิดว่าระบบตรวจผิด ให้ครูหรือผู้ปกครองติดต่อเรา เพื่อให้คนตรวจ
• ห้ามโจมตี ทดสอบเจาะระบบ หรือส่งคำขอจำนวนมากไปที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ถ้าพบช่องโหว่ กรุณาแจ้งเราโดยตรง

6. เหรียญ ตู้สุ่ม และของแต่ง

• เหรียญได้จากการเล่นเท่านั้น ซื้อด้วยเงินจริงไม่ได้ แลกเป็นเงินหรือของจริงไม่ได้ และโอนหรือขายให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้
• ตู้สุ่มให้ของแต่งเพื่อความสวยงามเท่านั้น ไม่ช่วยให้ชนะ อัตราการได้ของแต่ละตู้แสดงไว้ใน คู่มือการเล่น
• เหรียญและของแต่งเป็นสิทธิ์ใช้ในเกม ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินของผู้เล่น ถ้าข้อผิดพลาดทำให้ได้หรือเสียเหรียญหรือของโดยไม่ถูกต้อง เราอาจปรับให้ถูกต้อง
• บัญชีเก็บเหรียญจากการวิ่งได้ไม่เกิน 2,000 เหรียญต่อวัน
• คะแนนภารกิจและยศ ให้เฉพาะบัญชี นับจากรอบที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ตรวจแล้ว (เล่นจริง ไม่ซ้อนเวลา ส่งภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง) ได้ไม่เกินวันละ 55 คะแนน บทละ 100 และการเดินทางเดือนละ 150 ไม่มีค่าเป็นเงินและไม่ให้เหรียญ คะแนนและยศเริ่มใหม่เมื่อเปิดเทอม ถ้าพบการโกงหรือข้อผิดพลาด เราอาจไม่นับหรือซ่อนคะแนนนั้น
• ถ้าลบบัญชีหรือล้างข้อมูลในเครื่อง เหรียญและของแต่งจะหายไปและกู้คืนไม่ได้

7. ห้องสอบ และคำท้า

• ผู้สร้างห้องสอบรับผิดชอบข้อความที่นำมาใช้ ต้องมีสิทธิ์ใช้ข้อความนั้น และไม่ใส่ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เนื้อหาหยาบคาย หรือเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะกับผู้สอบ
• ผู้สร้างห้องสอบเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลของผู้สอบในห้องนั้น ส่วนเราเป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนผู้สร้าง ผู้สร้างต้องขอข้อมูลจากผู้สอบเท่าที่จำเป็น และใช้ผลสอบตามที่แจ้งผู้สอบไว้ ดูรายละเอียดใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ข้อ 7
• ผลสอบเป็นตัวเลขจากการพิมพ์ในเกม ใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจได้ แต่ไม่ควรเป็นเกณฑ์เดียว
• ห้องสอบและไฟล์ผลถูกลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อครบ 30 วัน ลิงก์คำท้าใช้ได้ 1 วัน เราอาจลบห้องสอบ คำท้า หรือชื่อที่ผิดข้อตกลงนี้

8. ครูนำร่อง

ครูที่ได้รับอนุมัติเข้าโครงการครูนำร่อง ใช้ส่วนสำหรับครูได้ฟรี 12 เดือนนับจากวันที่ครูคนแรกของโรงเรียนได้รับอนุมัติ และขอความร่วมมือตอบแบบสอบถาม 2 ครั้ง เราอาจปรับหรือยกเลิกสิทธิ์โดยแจ้งเหตุผล

9. ลิขสิทธิ์

ภาพ ตัวละคร เพลง ข้อความ และโค้ดของเกมเป็นของเราหรือผู้ที่อนุญาตให้เรา ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แชร์ภาพหน้าจอหรือการ์ดผลการเล่นเพื่ออวดเพื่อนได้ตามสบาย ฟอนต์ Itim ใช้ภายใต้ SIL Open Font License

10. การระงับการใช้งาน

ถ้ามีการผิดข้อตกลงนี้ เราอาจเตือน ซ่อนชื่อหรือเนื้อหา ระงับการเล่นออนไลน์ หรือปิดบัญชี โดยพิจารณาตามความร้ายแรง สำหรับผู้เล่นที่เป็นเด็ก เราจะพยายามติดต่อผู้ปกครองหรือครูก่อนเมื่อทำได้

11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เราตั้งใจทำให้เกมทำงานได้ดีและปลอดภัย แต่เกมให้บริการฟรี "ตามสภาพ" อาจมีช่วงที่ใช้งานไม่ได้ ข้อผิดพลาด หรือข้อมูลสูญหาย เท่าที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมจากการใช้เกม ข้อนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดของเราต่อความเสียหายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรืออนามัย หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความจงใจหรือความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของเรา และไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ใด ๆ ที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคให้ไว้

12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง

เราอาจปรับข้อตกลงนี้ เมื่อเปลี่ยน เราจะเปลี่ยนวันที่ของฉบับด้านบน และเกมจะขอให้กดรับทราบและตกลงอีกครั้งก่อนเล่นต่อ ถ้าไม่ตกลง คุณหยุดใช้เกมได้ และลบบัญชีได้ตามข้อ 3

13. กฎหมายที่ใช้ และการติดต่อ

ข้อตกลงนี้ใช้กฎหมายไทย และศาลไทยมีอำนาจพิจารณาข้อพิพาท ถ้าฉบับภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษไม่ตรงกัน ให้ใช้ฉบับภาษาไทย

These terms are the rules for using WORD RUN at word-run.com (the "game"), run by WORD RUN ("we"). By pressing "I understand and agree" in the game, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.

1. Who can use the game

• Everyone can play. The game is made for children from grade 1 up to adults.
• Players aged 10 or younger: a parent must read these terms and accept them for the child.
• Players over 10 and under 20: please have a parent or teacher read these terms with the child and keep an eye on play.
• Teachers or schools using the game in class should inform parents as their school requires.

2. What the game is

• WORD RUN is a web typing game for Thai and English. It is free, has no ads and has no real-money purchases.
• The game is still being developed. We may add, change or remove parts of it, such as stages, rules, box prices or events, to make it better.
• Events open for a set time and close when it ends. When many people are online at once, new players may wait in a queue.

3. Accounts

• You don't need an account. Without one, progress lives only on the device you play on, and we can't recover it if that data is lost.
• Players aged 10 or younger can have an account once a parent gives their details and consents in the game.
• Keep your password and recovery code to yourself, and don't use someone else's account.
• No rude usernames or nicknames, no pretending to be someone else, no personal details in names. We may change or hide unsuitable names.
• You can delete your account any time in the game (Settings > Account).

4. Playing with friends, chat, and content you add

Children play this game, so everyone helps keep it safe and fun.

• Be polite to everyone: no insults, mocking, bullying or threats.
• Don't ask for or share personal details such as real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, social media accounts or photos.
• Don't invite people to talk or meet outside the game, advertise, post links or spam.
• Don't invite the same person again and again; if they say no, respect it.
• A filter replaces rude words, but it can't catch everything. If someone is unkind, report them in the game, mute them or leave the room, and tell a parent or teacher.
• What you put into the game (nicknames, chat, exam texts, challenge names) stays yours. You allow us to store and show it as far as running the game needs, and you confirm you have the right to use it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

5. Fair play

• No cheating: no pasting text, auto-typing programs or devices, dictation, tapping phone keyboard suggestions, editing save files or sending fake results to the server.
• The first time cheating is detected, the game warns you and that run gives no score, coins or leaderboard place.
• The second time, that device can't play for 1 day and an account gets a cheating note. While the note is open, the account earns no scores or coins until staff review and clear it.
• If you think the detection was wrong, a teacher or parent can contact us and a person will review it.
• Don't attack, probe or flood our servers. If you find a security hole, please tell us directly.

6. Coins, treasure boxes and looks

• Coins are earned only by playing. They can't be bought with real money, exchanged for money or real things, or transferred or sold.
• Treasure boxes give items for looks only; they never help you win. The chances for each box are listed in the player guide.
• Coins and looks are a right to use them in the game, not property. If an error gives or takes coins or items wrongly, we may correct it.
• An account can collect at most 2,000 coins a day from runs.
• Mission points and ranks are for accounts only and count runs the server has checked (really played, not overlapping, reported within 24 hours): at most 55 points a day, 100 per chapter and 150 per monthly journey. They have no money value and give no coins. Points and ranks start again when a school term opens. If we find cheating or a mistake, we may not count or may hide those points.
• Deleting an account or clearing the device's data removes coins and looks for good.

7. Exam rooms and challenges

• Exam room creators are responsible for the texts they use: they must have the right to use them and must not include personal data, rude content or content unsuitable for participants.
• The exam room creator is the data controller for participants in that room; we process the data on the creator's behalf. Creators must ask participants only for what is needed and use results as they told participants. See Privacy Notice section 7.
• Exam results are typing numbers from the game. They can support a decision but shouldn't be the only measure.
• Exam rooms and results files are deleted automatically after 30 days. Challenge links work for 1 day. We may remove exam rooms, challenges or names that break these terms.

8. Teacher pilot

Approved pilot teachers can use the teacher features free for 12 months from the date the first teacher of their school was approved, and we ask them to answer 2 surveys. We may change or end this with a reason.

9. Copyright

The game's art, characters, music, texts and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Don't copy, adapt or use them commercially without permission. Sharing screenshots or result cards with friends is welcome. The Itim font is used under the SIL Open Font License.

10. Suspension

If these terms are broken, we may warn, hide names or content, block online play or close an account, depending on how serious it is. For child players we try to contact a parent or teacher first where we can.

11. Limits of liability

We work to keep the game running well and safely, but it is a free service provided "as is" and may have downtime, errors or data loss. As far as Thai law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the game. This does not limit our liability for harm to life, body or health, or for damage caused by our wilful act or gross negligence, and it does not remove any right consumer protection law gives you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version date at the top, and the game asks you to accept again before you play on. If you don't agree, you can stop using the game and delete your account (section 3).

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts decide disputes. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
